PROPOSAL FOR GRANT ADMINISTRATION 
RFP 06-2026 – GRANT ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

The City of Live Oak Requests proposals from individuals or firms to provide grant administrative services for a $1,500,000.00 Community Development Block Grant for Housing Rehabilitation. The grant will fund repairs to existing homes located in the City of Live Oak.

Administrative services will include project/program management, financial tracking, environmental review, reporting, project closeout, and related activities. Proposals will be considered on an equal competitive basis, using the following criteria:

  1. CDBG Program Experience – 40 points
  2. The Firm’s Approach – 20 points
  3. Client References – 20 points
  4. Approach to Meeting Local Project Needs – 10 points
  5. Proposed Fee Basis – 10 points

Sealed proposals will be accepted by the City of Live Oak, Florida

In accordance with Chapter 287.133(2)(a), Florida Statutes, a person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a proposal.  MBE/WBE/VBE firms are encouraged to submit proposals. The City of Live Oak Requests proposals from individuals or firms to provide grant administrative services for a $3,060,900.00 Neighborhood Revitalization category of the FFY 2023 and 2024 Small Cities CDBG Program to make improvements to the City’s potable water system.

The project will improve the quality of the City’s drinking water and increase the capacity for fire protection.

Administrative services will include project/program management, financial tracking, environmental review, reporting, project closeout, and related activities. Proposals will be considered on an equal competitive basis, using the following criteria:
