RFQ’s/Bids/RFP’sPROPOSAL FOR GRANT ADMINISTRATION The City of Live Oak Requests proposals from individuals or firms to provide grant administrative services for a $1,500,000.00 Community Development Block Grant for Housing Rehabilitation. The grant will fund repairs to existing homes located in the City of Live Oak. Administrative services will include project/program management, financial tracking, environmental review, reporting, project closeout, and related activities. Proposals will be considered on an equal competitive basis, using the following criteria:

Proposals shall be delivered to: City of Live Oak For Subgrant Contract Number: 26DB-H02 In accordance with Chapter 287.133(2)(a), Florida Statutes, a person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a proposal.
