RFQ’s/Bids/RFP’sREQUEST FOR PROPOSALSThe City of Live Oak Florida, invites qualified and experienced contractors to submit proposals for the City of Live Oak Mosquito Control Program. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to establish a contractual agreement with a vendor capable of delivering a comprehensive mosquito control program, including surveillance, larvicide and adulticide application, and data reporting, in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Contractors must provide all necessary permits, materials, analysis results, and equipment to perform the required services. Proposal specifications, terms, and conditions are detailed in RFP 09-2025 Mosquito Control Program, available by request at ytanksley@cityofliveoak.org. The contract duration shall be three (3) years and all proposals must be received by Thursday, October 16, 2025, for consideration.
