A Pre Bid Meeting will be Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 1:00PM at 320 Winderweedle St. Live Oak. ITB 07-2025 Live Oak Ground Beds and RectifierThe City of Live Oak is requesting bids from a single-source vendor for the installation design and engineering of new cathodic protection systems. Supply and delivery of all required materials and equipment Installation and commissioning of: Three (3) new distributed ground beds (two locations will have new beds in same location of old beds, 1 location currently Railroad Street will have new beds located to a new location on Demorest Street) Three (3) new rectifiers with RMU. Removal of old rectifiers, including disconnection and removal of Railroad Street rectifier on Mill Street. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSThe City of Live Oak Florida, invites qualified and experienced contractors to submit proposals for the City of Live Oak Mosquito Control Program. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to establish a contractual agreement with a vendor capable of delivering a comprehensive mosquito control program, including surveillance, larvicide and adulticide application, and data reporting, in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Contractors must provide all necessary permits, materials, analysis results, and equipment to perform the required services. Proposal specifications, terms, and conditions are detailed in RFP 09-2025 Mosquito Control Program, available by request at ytanksley@cityofliveoak.org. The contract duration shall be three (3) years and all proposals must be received by Thursday, October 16, 2025, for consideration. |
