RFQ’s/Bids/RFP’PUBLIC NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – RFP 10-2026 PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES The City of Live Oak has been awarded CDBG-DR funding in the amount of $3,895,500.00 for the Potable Water System Improvements Project to construct a 100,000-gallon ground water storage tank with aeration, install two high-service pumps with variable frequency drives, complete electrical and instrumentation upgrades, and implement associated site work to harden critical facilities. In addition, the project will install 11,800 linear feet of PVC water main, including valves and fire hydrants, to create system looping and redundancy within the distribution network. Sealed proposals will be accepted by the City of Live Oak, Florida, 101 SE White Ave, Live Oak, FL until May28, 2026 at 3:00 PM for PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES RFP Documents may be requested via the email:ytanksley@cityofliveoak.org City of Live Oak Project and Procurement Specialist. Evaluation Criteria are: Firm and staff qualifications and experience (30 points)
Relevant project experience and past performance (25 points)
Technical approach and understanding of the project (25 points)
Project schedule and availability of key personnel (10 points)
References and overall quality of the proposal (10 points)
