SubdivisionsSubdivision of land within the incorporated city limits of the City of Live Oak requires review, approval, and filing. Increasing residential density is also subject to a School Concurrency Determination to ensure that adopted Levels of Service are met regarding school capacity and reservation. This determination and reservation of Student Stations must be completed prior to any consideration of a Preliminary or Final Plat. See the Development Manager regarding making application for a Concurrency Determination and/or a Subdivision in the City of Live Oak. |
